Yes. You need to have a developer account with Apple first. Apple charges $99 to apply for the account, and it takes a few days to be set up. If you want to charge for your app, there is additional information required and the process can take a week or more.
If you have a developer account there are two choices.
1) We can upload the app to your account for you. We would need login information to access your account and you would need to start the process on the iTunesConnect site. The fee for us to upload the app to your account is an additional $50 added to the normal configuration fees we charge.
2) We will send you a ZIP version of the binary that you can upload directly to Apple under your own account. The fee for delivery of the binary is an additional $50 added to the normal configuration fees we charge.
